Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your lesson start time for a full refund or free reschedule. If North Shore Surf Girls cancels due to surf or weather conditions, you choose: a full refund, a free reschedule to any future date, or a North Shore Surf Girls gift card. No-shows are non-refundable, but we can usually reschedule with advance notice — even inside the 24-hour window — so please call or text us the moment you know. Late arrivals are accommodated to the best of our ability, especially when traffic is the cause. For large-group bookings of 10 or more, deposits and final headcount confirmations are handled in your event contract — your event coordinator will walk you through specifics when you book.

Exclusive large group surf lessons (10+ guests) at North Shore Surf Girls are designed for school trips, corporate retreats, incentive travel, wedding parties, bachelor and bachelorette weekends, family reunions, milestone birthdays, and VIP gatherings looking for a safe, authentic, and well-organized North Shore surf experience. We accommodate up to 20 guests per session — for larger total groups, we coordinate consecutive or parallel sessions so everyone gets quality in-water time.

Pricing for exclusive large group surf lessons starts at $65.00 per person, with the final rate based on group size, format (lesson, SUP tour, or combo), session length, and date. Every exclusive large group surf experience includes a private beach orientation covering ocean safety, surf etiquette, and basic technique; lifeguard-certified instructors with staffing scaled to your group size and supervision needs; high-quality surfboards in a full range of sizes, plus leashes and rash guards; hands-on in-water instruction with individual coaching; and flexible scheduling and location coordinated around ocean conditions and your group’s logistics.

There’s no minimum skill level — every group includes complete beginners, and our instructors are trained to coach mixed-ability and first-time surfers safely. The minimum recommended age is 8 for Group-style formats; younger children can join in Family or Tandem formats. For school trips, we tailor the lesson to your students’ grade level and chaperone ratio.

Four weeks of lead time is ideal, but we can usually accommodate bookings with as little as one week’s notice depending on the date and group size — please call us at 808-637-2977 to book. Peak season (December–March and June–August) fills up fastest, so the earlier you reach out, the better your date and time options will be.
